Our mission

ADHD-first technology to automate the tedious.

MailSynth exists because modern inboxes and tools are relentlessly chaotic and demanding engagement. Technology should safeguard our time and attention, not devour it.

We’re a small team with deep roots in AI, product design, and operations. After years inside fast-growth startups and tech giants, we’ve witnessed how most software is engineered to capture every waking moment. We believe AI should do the opposite: defend our time and liberate us from trivial, tedious tasks and digital noise. Turning that belief into reality is our mission.
