No. Sign in with Gmail and Ada proposes a system from your inbox. You approve it, and that's the setup. There's no app to install and nothing to configure. When you want something changed later, reply to the digest in plain English.
That's the fear the whole thing is built around. Priority 1 mail stays in your inbox for 30 days and sits at the top of the digest. Nothing is deleted, ever. Archived mail is one search away.

Sell, never. Store, barely. Your emails stay in Gmail. We don't copy them anywhere. We keep only your preferences, summaries, and labels, and delete them if you cancel. Nothing is used to train AI models.
No. Ada uses ordinary Gmail labels and archives clutter on the schedule you approved. Archived mail is still in Gmail, still searchable, one click away.
