Turn the chime on to hear when time's up. Keep this tab open.
Good to know
How does the pomodoro mode work?
Focus for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. The timer switches on its own and counts each finished focus block. Stop whenever you like.
What is a visual timer?
A timer you can see. The colored disk shows the minutes left on a 60-minute face and shrinks as time runs out, so you can tell how much is left at a glance.
Why does a visual timer help with ADHD?
Many people with ADHD say time feels invisible. Watching it shrink makes it concrete, which can make starting, stopping and switching a little easier.
